Around the founders, friends and communities were already asking:

• How do we care for ourselves while caring for others?
• How do we create freedom that does not endanger anyone?

Water offered. Music softened. Rides arranged. Zen Keg didn’t invent care — it organized it.

The Founders

Zen Keg is the meeting point of two sisters and their diverging paths toward a shared center.

One is deep in the work of recalibrating her relationship with altered states, learning moderation, presence, and emotional regulation inside intensity. The other is navigating the neon hum of the nightlife in real-time, learning how to stay grounded and healthy while moving through said altered states.

Their journey hasn’t always been "zen." It has been paved with the grit of morning-after regrets, blurred boundaries, and the trial-and-error of finding one’s feet. But those high-friction moments—the hangovers and the lapses in judgment—became their greatest teachers.

Today, their inquiries converge in the design of gatherings where presence, care, and joy coexist. They’ve traded rigid rules for a practice that is woven into the fabric of daily life: meditation, reflection, and breath—practical... flexible, and always ongoing.
